Must have a Bachelor's/Master's degree from any university.Must have good skills in Bangla, English, and Mathematics.Students currently studying in an Honours program may also apply if they have good skills in Mathematics and English.Candidates with higher degrees/qualifications will be given preference.Third division/class in the academic record will not be accepted.Must be accustomed to following Islamic principles and lifestyle.Candidates with teaching experience will be given preference.

1. Initially, candidates will be appointed on a 1-year probation period with a fixed salary.

2. After successfully completing the probation period, permanent employment may be offered based on:

   • Sense of responsibility

3. After permanent appointment, salary will be determined based on qualifications according to the institution's policies or through discussion. Annual increments and other benefits will also be provided.
