Responsibilities & Context:

• Prepare and update teaching materials, daily lesson plans, and course content as needed.

• Plan, prepare, and deliver lessons in accordance with the Cambridge Curriculum and School guidelines.

• Assess and evaluate students' progress through assignments, tests, and examinations.

• Maintain accurate records of student attendance, progress performance, and behavior.

• Identify students' individual learning needs and provide additional support where necessary.

• Communicate regularly with parents/guardians regarding student progress and concerns.

• Participate in staff meetings, training sessions, and professional development programs.

• Supervise students during school activities, including extracurricular events, exams, and field trips.

• Ensure classroom discipline and enforce school rules and policies.

• Collaborate with fellow teachers and academic staff to improve overall teaching quality.

• Maintain the confidentiality and integrity of student information.

• Perform other academic and administrative duties as assigned by the school authority.

• Position (IGCSE/O Level Subject Teacher): Bangla, English, Mathematics, Physics, Chemistry, Biology and Arts & Crafts.
