• Master’s Degree in Bangla from a recognized university.

• Bachelor’s/Honors Degree in Bangla with a strong academic record.

• Candidates having B.Ed./M.Ed. or relevant professional training will be given preference.

• Strong command of Bangla language, literature, grammar, and composition.

• Excellent communication and presentation skills.

• Proficiency in using digital teaching tools will be an added advantage.

• Candidates must be sincere, responsible, disciplined, and committed to teaching.

• Conduct Bangla classes for School & College level students effectively and professionally.

• Prepare lesson plans, teaching materials, assignments, and examination questions.

• Ensure effective classroom management and maintain a positive learning environment.

• Evaluate students’ academic performance through class tests, assignments, and examinations.

• Provide necessary academic guidance and support to students.

• Participate in departmental meetings, academic activities, examinations, and other institutional programs.

• Maintain regular communication and coordination with the concerned Coordinator/Academic Authority.

• Perform any other academic responsibilities assigned by the Management.
