Responsibilities & Context:
* Counsel students regarding overseas education opportunities
* Understand students’ academic background, career goals and financial situation
* Recommend suitable countries, universities and academic programs
* Provide accurate information about admission requirements, scholarships and application procedures
* Follow up with prospective students through phone, WhatsApp and social media
* Assist students throughout the admission and documentation process
* Maintain regular communication with students and parents
* Convert enquiries/leads into successful applications
* Maintain student records and update follow-up status
* Coordinate with the admission/processing team when required
* Achieve individual and team-based admission targets
