Responsibilities & Context:
Respond to customer inquiries through Facebook, Messenger, WhatsApp, phone, and other communication channels.
Handle customer complaints and provide appropriate solutions promptly.
Monitor and moderate customer comments, messages, and online interactions.
Provide accurate information about products/services, pricing, offers, and company policies.
Follow up with customers and maintain good customer relationships.
Coordinate with the relevant departments to resolve customer issues.
Maintain customer information and prepare basic daily/weekly reports.
Ensure professional, polite, and timely communication with all customers.
