Responsibilities & Context:
Respond to customer inquiries through online platforms such as Facebook, Instagram, WhatsApp, email, website chat, and phone calls.
Provide accurate information about products, pricing, promotions, and delivery services.
Assist customers in making purchasing decisions and encourage sales.
Receive, process, and confirm customer orders.
Coordinate with the delivery and operations teams to ensure timely order fulfillment.
Follow up with customers regarding payments, deliveries, and after-sales support.
Maintain and update customer records and sales databases.
Build and maintain strong relationships with existing and potential customers.
Achieve daily, weekly, and monthly sales targets set by the company.
Handle customer complaints and resolve issues professionally.
Monitor online sales channels and identify opportunities to increase sales.
Prepare sales reports and provide regular updates to management.
Support marketing campaigns by promoting products and special offers through online platforms.
