Experience:

• At least 10 years
• The applicants should have experience in the following business area(s): University

• Candidates must have a Ph.D. or its equivalent in the relevant subject preferably from a AACSB-accredited university, with a very high academic distinction and reputation as an eminent scholar in his/her field with a minimum 10 (ten) years of active experience with a minimum of 5 (five) years of post-Ph.D. experience in teaching/research.

• Must have at least 15 (fifteen) research publications of outstanding merit having a total impact factor (Reuter-Thompson Impact factor) equal to or more than 4.0. Candidates having industry or consulting experiences will be given preference.

• A collaborative mindset and willingness to engage in departmental services, academic advising, and institutional development.
