Objective:

We are seeking a passionate and result-driven Student & Visa Counselor to guide and assist students aspiring to study in the UK, Europe, and Malaysia. You will play a vital role in promoting our partner universities, evaluating student profiles, and supporting them throughout the application and visa process.

Key Responsibilities:

• Provide accurate and up-to-date guidance to students about study opportunities at partner universities and institutions in the UK, Europe, and Malaysia.

• Contact and follow up with students from the database to introduce our services and generate interest in studying abroad.

• Evaluate student profiles, including academic background, English proficiency, financial capacity, and study goals, to determine eligibility and recommend suitable programs.

• Counsel students on available courses, universities, admission requirements, tuition fees, scholarships, and study options.

• Facilitate the complete application process, including online application submission, documentation, offer letter processing, and communication with universities.

• Maintain and manage student application portfolios using CRM tools to ensure smooth processing and timely follow-ups.

• Work closely with the Visa & Compliance Team to ensure accurate, ethical, and regulation-compliant visa guidance.

• Monitor application progress and maintain regular communication with students regarding admission and visa updates.

• Achieve and exceed assigned application, enrollment, and conversion targets through effective counseling and follow-up.

• Provide prompt and professional responses to student inquiries while maintaining a high standard of customer service.

• Establish and maintain strong communication with international partner universities and institutions regarding applications, admissions, and student updates.

• Coordinate with the Operations, Conversion, and University Partnership teams to ensure a smooth student journey.

• Represent the organization at education fairs, seminars, webinars, and promotional events to promote international education opportunities.

• Deliver engaging and impactful presentations, both online and offline, to inform students about study opportunities in the UK, Europe, and Malaysia.
