Responsibilities & Context:
- Counsel prospective students on IELTS and PTE courses and convert inquiries into enrollments.
- Handle calls, WhatsApp, walk-ins, and online inquiries, providing course and fee information.
- Follow up with leads regularly to achieve monthly sales and enrollment targets.
- Identify student requirements and recommend suitable IELTS/PTE programs.
- Maintain accurate records of leads, follow-ups, enrollments, and sales.
- Coordinate with the academic team for smooth student onboarding and course delivery.
- Prepare daily and weekly reports on inquiries, follow-ups, conversions, and sales performance.
