1. Counsel students and guardians on European study destinations, including Finland, Hungary, Sweden, Belgium, Denmark, the Netherlands and other European countries, based on academic background, career goals and financial capacity.

2. Manage the complete university application process, including university/programme selection, document checking, application preparation, submission, offer follow-up and enrolment.

3. Provide guidance on European student visa/residence permit applications, including financial requirements, supporting documents, embassy procedures and country-specific visa requirements.

4. Follow up with prospective and existing students, maintain accurate client profiles and application records, and coordinate with universities, embassies and internal application and visa teams for timely processing.

5. Minimum 2–3 years of relevant European education consultancy experience preferred, with proven hands-on experience in European university applications, education counselling and student visa/residence permit applications.
