Responsibilities & Context:
Curriculum Delivery: Plan and deliver interactive, engaging lessons aligned with the school’s academic schedule and the [Cambridge / Edexcel] syllabus.
O Level Preparation (Senior Faculty): Provide comprehensive past paper practice, syllabus breakdown, marking scheme analysis, and targeted examination strategies for O Level candidates.
Practical & Lab Work (Science Teachers): Supervise laboratory sessions, conduct hands-on experiments, and ensure standard safety protocols.
Assessment & Evaluation: Prepare term papers, regular quizzes, and assignments; evaluate scripts with constructive feedback.
Classroom & Student Management: Foster an encouraging, inclusive learning environment and regularly communicate student progress during Parent-Teacher Meetings (PTMs).
