Creating lesson plans and activities
Consolidating lecture materials
Conducting mentorship to students
Ensuring and escalating house exams
Research and development (IELTS, Mock, Preparation, YLE & Think Department)
Training and leading intern teachers.
Any kind of support for the institute is needed.
