• Age At least 22 years

• 2+ years of hands-on experience in overseas education counselling
• Strong knowledge of European study destinations and universities
• Excellent communication and counselling skills
• Confident in handling phone calls and new leads
• Strong follow-up and lead conversion ability
• Good understanding of admission and visa processes
• Target-oriented, proactive and self-motivated
• Ability to handle students independently from first call to application stage

✔️ Handle and follow up with new student leads through phone calls, WhatsApp and other communication channels
✔️ Counsel students for higher education opportunities across European countries
✔️ Understand students’ academic profiles, career goals and financial backgrounds
✔️ Recommend suitable universities, courses and study destinations
✔️ Handle the complete application process from initial counselling to submission
✔️ Provide accurate guidance on admission requirements, tuition fees, scholarships and intakes
✔️ Assist students with visa documentation and interview preparation
✔️ Follow up with students and universities throughout the admission process
✔️ Maintain regular communication with students, parents and university representatives
✔️ Achieve individual and team counselling/application targets
✔️ Stay updated with European university admission policies, intakes and visa requirements
