Responsibilities & Context:
Job Responsibilities
Contact prospective student leads via phone calls and follow up regularly.
Counsel students regarding study abroad opportunities, admission procedures, and application processes.
Maintain proper records of student inquiries and update the CRM/database.
Create short marketing videos and participate in promotional content for social media.
Respond to student inquiries through Facebook, WhatsApp, email, and other communication channels.
Coordinate with the counselling team to ensure smooth application processing.
Perform other office-related tasks as assigned.
Requirements
Excellent communication skills in both Bangla and English (spoken and written).
Confident in speaking with students and parents over the phone.
Basic computer skills, including Microsoft Word, Excel, PowerPoint, email, and internet browsing.
Comfortable creating simple marketing videos using a smartphone or basic editing apps.
Strong interpersonal, organizational, and problem-solving skills.
Positive attitude, willingness to learn, and ability to work in a team.
Previous experience in customer service, sales, or education consultancy will be an added advantage (not mandatory).
