• Willingness to travel extensively across the assigned territory area.

• Develop and execute the market-entry and business development strategy for the lithium battery business.

• Build a strong opportunity pipeline across electric three-wheelers, energy storage, solar, telecom and industrial applications.

• Travel throughout an assigned territory and provide after-sales service to customers and dealers.

• Build and maintain solid working relationships with customers and dealers by resolving complaints promptly and ensuring their needs are consistently met.

• Meet or exceed monthly sales targets by persuading customers within the assigned territory to purchase company products and services.

• Create new dealer and distribution networks within the territory.

• Develop and implement innovative sales strategies to grow revenue within the assigned area.

• Analyze sales and marketing data to identify the most effective sales techniques and opportunities.

• Conduct regular market surveys to better understand customer needs and preferences.

• Ensure brand awareness within the territory meets company expectations and standards.

• Monitor competitors` sales activity and submit the daily report in office.

• Achieve all assigned sales targets and set goals for the respective area
