Responsibilities & Context:
We are a fast-growing importer of high-performance Lithium-Ion LiFePO4 Batteries designed specifically for Borak Mishuk, Electrical rickshaw and Easy Bikes. We are looking for an aggressive, field-oriented sales expert to expand our dealer and garage networks in Dhaka
Job Responsibilities:
- Develop and execute sales strategies for lithium battery products
- Set up new distributors, dealers, and local retail As well as corporate marketing for lithium batteries.
- Conduct daily route planning and visit local auto-bike garages and mechanic hubs.
- Explain the financial advantages of shifting from traditional lead-acid batteries to long-lasting Lithium Batteries (48V/60V setups) to garage owners and drivers.
- Achieve secondary sales tarJobgets and ensure smooth cash-sales collection.
- Build a strong relationship with the customers.
- Manage sales team and achieve monthly sales targets
- Visit dealers, businesses and project sites
- Prepare quotations, negotiate prices and close sales
- Monitor market trends and competitor activities
- Prepare regular sales and market reports.
