• Minimum 5 years of relevant experience in marketing, sales or business development.

• Excellent communication, negotiation and interpersonal skills.

• Strong customer relationship management skills.

• Good understanding of digital marketing and social media platforms.

• Ability to work independently and achieve business targets.

• Strong networking and business development skills.

• Develop and implement marketing strategies to increase customer visits and service bookings.

• Promote the centre's automobile repair, servicing, maintenance and detailing services.

• Identify and develop new customer and corporate business opportunities.

• Maintain strong relationships with existing and potential customers.

• Conduct market research and monitor competitors and industry trends.

• Plan and execute promotional campaigns, offers and customer engagement activities.

• Support digital and social media marketing initiatives.

• Develop partnerships with corporate clients, vehicle owners, dealers and other relevant organisations.

• Visit potential corporate clients and business partners to promote the centre's services.

• Follow up with customers and collect feedback to improve service quality.

• Maintain records of marketing activities, leads, customer enquiries and conversions.

• Prepare regular marketing and sales performance reports.

• Achieve assigned marketing, sales and customer acquisition targets.

• Coordinate with the workshop and management teams to ensure smooth delivery of customer services.
