Responsibilities & Context:
We are looking for a highly motivated product information collector who is experience on field work job specially in Real Estate Sector.
Job Responsibility:
No desk job, full work on field & collect data from door to door, the whole work has to be done on foot.
Conduct field visits to identify and collect information on apartments, lands and other properties.
Property hunting (Apartment/Land) from the field.
Maintaining clients` database, maintain sales & others reports.
Maintaining the daily, monthly & quarterly product target.
Preserve all data on excel sheet & report to manager every day.
Must have strong experience on Micro soft Excel.
Develop and execute regional product hunt plan.
Achieve property data collection target to ensure
profitability of the organization.
Ability to do team work.
Right attitudes for promoting company`s product and brand image.
Collect property data from the field on daily basis.
Provide the leads to the executive after following up if owner/seller is interested to sell his/her apartments & lands.
Contact with managers/care takers of every building road-wise in order to collect product information.
Hang a branding singe board of property index in every building when it is required.
Collect the image/photos of apartments that will be sold.
Able to handle flat owner and negotiate price with them.
Complete memorandum of understanding between Property Index & Property owner.
Receive owner feedback and share with your supervisor to resolve the issues.
Visit property with clients. Always to be work with honesty, sincerity and punctuality.
