Supervise and manage daily lounge operations.
Ensure excellent customer service and passenger satisfaction.
Welcome and assist passengers professionally.
Coordinate with lounge staff, kitchen team, and airport authorities.
Monitor food and beverage services and ensure quality standards.
Maintain
reports cleanliness, hygiene, and lounge presentation.
Handle customer inquiries, feedback, and complaints.
Prepare daily operational and maintain records.
Ensure compliance with company policies and airport regulations.
Support staff scheduling and operational coordination.
