Experience Requirements
1–3 years of relevant experience in a hospital, clinic, diagnostic center, healthcare organization, patient care, counselling, customer service or healthcare sales environment is preferred.
Fresh graduates with excellent communication skills and a strong interest in healthcare may also be considered.

Concord Stem Cell Limited (CSCL), a DGDA-approved and cGMP-compliant stem cell manufacturer and treatment center in Bangladesh, is seeking a Patient Counselor to join our Patient Care / Clinical Operations team. The selected candidate will be responsible for communicating with prospective and existing patients, explaining doctor-recommended treatment plans and procedures in a clear and patient-friendly manner, coordinating appointments, conducting systematic follow-ups, maintaining patient records, and ensuring a smooth patient experience throughout the treatment journey. The ideal candidate should have excellent communication and interpersonal skills, empathy, strong follow-up ability, and an interest in healthcare and regenerative medicine.
Handle patient enquiries received through telephone, WhatsApp, social media, walk-ins and other communication channels.
Understand patients' concerns and appropriately coordinate them with the relevant department or consultant.
Explain CSCL's consultation process, appointment procedures and available services.
Explain doctor-recommended treatment plans, procedures, preparation requirements and follow-up schedules in simple and understandable language.
Provide accurate information regarding approved treatment packages, prices, discounts and payment procedures.
Conduct regular follow-up with patients after consultation and assist them in scheduling recommended treatments.
Confirm appointments and provide appointment reminders.
Follow up with postponed, cancelled and missed appointments.
Coordinate between patients, doctors, nurses, reception, billing and other relevant departments.
Maintain professional relationships with patients and their attendants.
Handle patient concerns and complaints professionally and escalate clinical or operational issues to the appropriate authority.
Collect patient feedback and communicate relevant feedback to management.
Maintain accurate patient enquiry, counselling, appointment and follow-up records in the CRM/HIS or designated database.
Track patient journey from Lead → Appointment → Consultation → Treatment → Follow-up.
Coordinate with the Sales & Marketing team regarding digital and offline patient leads.
Maintain confidentiality of all patient and organizational information.
Assist in patient education using CSCL-approved educational materials.
Follow all applicable CSCL clinical, operational, communication and patient-service SOPs.
Perform any other responsibilities assigned by the management related to patient care and coordination.
