Required Qualifications & Experiences

• MBBS or equivalent degree from a recognized medical institution.

• Valid, unrestricted BMDC registration and eligibility for independent medical practice in Bangladesh.

• Postgraduate qualification preferred in a relevant specialty, such as MD, MS, FCPS, MCPS, or an equivalent Diploma/Fellowship in:

  Physical Medicine & Rehabilitation (PM&R)

  Orthopedic Surgery

  Rheumatology

  Radiology

  Sports Medicine or Pain Medicine

• Formal training or demonstrated competency in Musculoskeletal (MSK) Ultrasound, preferably including ultrasound-guided procedures.

• Training or clinical experience in Regenerative Medicine, Interventional Biologics, or Orthobiologics, including procedures such as PRP, BMAC, SVF, or MSC-based interventions.

• Minimum 2–3 years of relevant clinical experience, preferably involving MSK ultrasound, image-guided interventions, orthobiologics, regenerative medicine, or related clinical practice. 

Preferred Clinical Background

• Candidates with experience or a strong clinical interest in PM&R, Orthopedics & Traumatology, Sports Medicine, Pain Medicine, Rheumatology, Interventional MSK Medicine, or Regenerative Medicine are particularly encouraged to apply.

Job Summary

We are seeking a pioneering Musculoskeletal (MSK) Ultrasound & Biologics Physician to join our elite medical team in Dhaka. Operating within our state-of-the-art cGMP processing facility, the ideal candidate will utilize high-resolution diagnostic ultrasound alongside advanced cellular biotherapies. You will lead patient selections, perform precise image-guided interventions—including Platelet-Rich Plasma (PRP), Bone Marrow Aspirate Concentrate (BMAC), Stromal Vascular Fraction (SVF), and Mesenchymal Stem Cells (MSCs)—and design specialized functional recovery tracks.

Key Responsibilities

1. Advanced Diagnostic MSK Ultrasound

• Perform and interpret point-of-care high-resolution diagnostic musculoskeletal ultrasound scans for joints, tendons, muscles, ligaments, and peripheral nerves.

• Conduct dynamic ultrasound evaluations to evaluate joint instability, tendon subluxation, and tissue impingement.

 2. Interventional Orthobiologics & Stem Cell Therapies

• Perform precise, ultrasound-guided intra-articular, intraligamentous, and intratendinous injections.

• Administer cutting-edge cell therapies utilizing our signature products, including autologous Stromal Vascular Fraction (SVF) and Umbilical Cord Mesenchymal Stem Cells (UC-MSCs).

• Deliver orthobiologic interventions such as high-density Platelet-Rich Plasma (PRP), platelet lysates, and hypertonic dextrose prolotherapy.

 3.Clinical Consultation & Patient Care

• Conduct thorough clinical musculoskeletal evaluations to identify optimal candidates for advanced cell-based therapies.

• Formulate evidence-based, highly customized clinical protocols aligned with our unique laboratory manufacturing capabilities.

• Partner closely with in-house physiotherapists to design post-procedure rehabilitation tracks optimizing cellular graft survival and functional tissue recovery.

 4.Quality & Regulatory Compliance

• Maintain comprehensive electronic medical records (EMR) mapping pre- and post-injection ultrasound findings.

• Strictly uphold the sterile workflow, infection control parameters, and safety guidelines required in a cGMP-facilitated facility.
