Job Summary:
The Head of Business Development will lead the strategic growth of Concord Stem Cell Ltd. by identifying new business opportunities, building strategic partnerships, expanding the customer base, and enhancing the company’s market presence in regenerative medicine and stem cell therapy in Bangladesh. This role requires a dynamic leader with in-depth knowledge of biotechnology or healthcare markets, strong relationship-building skills, and proven expertise in driving revenue growth.
Job Responsibilities
Develop and implement strategic business development plans to drive growth in the stem cell and regenerative medicine market.
Identify and pursue new business opportunities, including partnerships with hospitals, clinics, diagnostics centers, and medical institutions.
Lead market research initiatives to track industry trends, competitor activity, and potential areas for service expansion.
Build and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders including government bodies, research organizations, and international partners.
Oversee client acquisition and retention strategies to increase patient enrollment and enhance brand trust.
Collaborate with R&D and scientific teams to commercialize research-based therapies and new service offerings.
Lead and manage the business development and sales team by setting clear KPIs, providing guidance, and ensuring high performance.
Represent the company at medical conferences, health expos, seminars, and other professional networking events.
Ensure all business activities align with national and international healthcare regulations and ethical standards.
Work with the marketing department to develop campaigns, outreach materials, and digital strategies for brand growth.
Provide regular reports to senior management on sales performance, revenue forecasts, market intelligence, and strategic goals.
Monitor customer feedback and market demand to refine services and maintain a patient-centric approach.
Explore and execute geographic expansion plans, both nationally and regionally, to grow the company`s footprint.
