Customer Relationship Manager (Female Candidates Only)

We are looking for a smart, friendly, confident, and customer-focused female customer relationship manager to join our team.

🔹 Job Responsibilities

✅ Communicate with customers through Facebook, Instagram, WhatsApp & phone calls
✅ Respond to customer inquiries, product questions, and order-related messages
✅ Confirm and follow up on customer orders
✅ Handle customer complaints professionally and provide suitable solutions
✅ Maintain good relationships with existing customers
✅ Follow up with customers after delivery and collect feedback
✅ Maintain customer information and order records
✅ Coordinate with the delivery and operations team when required
✅ Help increase repeat orders and customer satisfaction
✅ Support promotional campaigns and communicate offers to customers

✔️ Basic computer knowledge
