Job Title: Email Marketing Expert

We are looking for an email marketing expert who can plan, execute, and optimize high-performing email campaigns. The ideal candidate understands audience segmentation, automation, and conversion-focused copy and can turn email into a strong revenue and retention channel.

Key Responsibilities

• Plan, create, and execute email marketing campaigns (promotional, transactional, drip, and automation flows)

• Develop email strategies aligned with client goals (lead generation, sales, retention)

• Write or coordinate compelling email copy with strong CTAs

• Design or collaborate on responsive email templates

• Segment audiences and personalize campaigns to improve engagement

• Set up and manage automation workflows (welcome series, abandoned cart, re-engagement, etc.)

• Monitor deliverability, open rates, CTR, conversions, and A/B test performance

• Maintain email list hygiene and ensure GDPR/CAN-SPAM compliance

• Prepare performance reports and actionable insights for clients/internal teams
  
  

Required Skills & Qualifications

• Proven experience in email marketing (agency experience preferred)

• Hands-on experience with tools like Mailchimp, Klaviyo, HubSpot, ActiveCampaign, or similar

• Strong understanding of email deliverability and best practices

• Experience with segmentation, personalization, and automation

• Basic knowledge of HTML/CSS for email templates (preferred)

• Ability to analyze data and optimize campaigns based on performance

• Excellent written communication skills in English

• Experience working with eCommerce brands

• Knowledge of CRM integration

• Familiarity with A/B testing tools and analytics platforms
