• Generate new sales leads and maintain an updated database of prospects.

• Communicate with worker and agent to understand their travel needs and offer our suitable solutions.

• Handle inbound and outbound calls professionally to ensure customer satisfaction.

• Respond to customer inquiries and follow up on pending issues promptly.

• Receive customer complaints, record them accurately, and discuss with management to give solution.

• Build long-term relationships with customers to enhance loyalty and retention.
