Responsibilities & Context:
Job Responsibilities
Handle inbound and outbound customer calls to provide prompt support, answer queries, and confirm orders.
Respond to customer messages professionally across different communication channels while ensuring timely follow-up.
Coordinate with courier partners to ensure smooth order dispatch, delivery tracking, and successful fulfillment.
Update product information, pricing, and stock availability on the company website as required.
Prepare and maintain daily sales, order, and inventory reports accurately using Microsoft Excel.
Work closely with the Sales & Marketing team to support campaigns, achieve business targets, and improve overall performance.
Monitor the complete order processing cycle to ensure a seamless and satisfactory customer experience.
Assist in resolving customer concerns and coordinate with relevant departments for quick and effective solutions.
