• Strong corporate sales and business development skills.

• Proven experience in handling large-value B2B and project sales.

• Excellent knowledge of project sales cycles and solution selling.

• Experience working with government organizations, private developers, consultants, and contractors.

• Strong negotiation, presentation, communication, and interpersonal skills.

We are looking for a highly motivated, disciplined, dynamic, and experienced Deputy Manager and Manager– Land Acquisition, Factory Development & Construction to lead and expand our real estate business, The ideal candidate should have Land Acquisition, Land Documentation, Negotiation, Bangladesh Land Laws, Property Due Diligence, Civil Construction, Factory Development, Project Management, Budgeting & Cost Control, Contractor Management, Government Liaison, MS Office, AutoCAD and strong Communication & Negotiation Skills.

Job Responsibility:

• Identify and evaluate suitable land and factory for development.

• Manage land acquisition, documentation, due diligence, and negotiations.

• Coordinate with landowners, brokers, legal teams, and government authorities.

• Conduct project feasibility and commercial evaluation.

• Coordinate factory development and construction projects.

• Review BOQ, estimates, tenders, and construction contracts.

• Monitor contractors, vendors, project progress, cost, and quality.

• Ensure required approvals, permits, and regulatory compliance.

• Prepare project budgets, reports, and management proposals.

• Ensure timely and cost-effective completion of land and construction projects.
