Job Responsibilities

• Handle potential clients through phone calls, WhatsApp, email, and face-to-face communication.

• Explain visa processing services, requirements, procedures, timelines, and applicable charges to clients.

• Generate new leads and convert potential clients into customers.

• Maintain strong relationships with existing and prospective clients.

• Collect, verify, and organize required client documents for visa processing.

• Prepare visa application documentation and ensure all files are complete and accurate.

• Coordinate and assist with file submission to relevant authorities, embassies, VFS/TLS or other designated submission centers.

• Follow up with clients regarding missing documents, application status, appointments, and submission requirements.

• Maintain proper records of client information, applications, payments, and follow-ups.

• Achieve monthly sales targets and contribute to overall business growth.

• Coordinate with the visa processing team to ensure smooth and timely service delivery.

• Handle client queries and complaints professionally and provide appropriate solutions.

• Keep updated with visa requirements, documentation procedures, and changes in processing policies.

Educational Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in any discipline.

• Candidates with relevant professional experience in Visa Processing / Travel & Immigration / Sales will be preferred.

Experience Requirements

• 1–3 years of experience in Visa Processing, Travel Agency, Immigration Consultancy, or related fields.

• Freshers with strong communication and sales skills may also be considered.

Required Skills

• Practical knowledge of Visa Processing and Documentation.

• Experience in Client Handling & Customer Communication.

• Good understanding of Document Preparation & File Submission.

• Strong sales and negotiation skills.

• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

• Ability to work under pressure and meet sales targets.

• Good command of Bengali and English.

• Basic computer skills, including MS Office, email, WhatsApp, and internet browsing.
