Key Responsibilities & Required Skills
1. Digital Marketing & Sales Funnel Management
- Plan, set up, optimize, and manage Facebook Ads and Google Ads campaigns with effective budget allocation.
- Continuously analyze ad performance, identify high-performing campaigns, and pause underperforming ads to maximize ROI and reduce unnecessary spending.
- Develop long-term digital marketing strategies and build high-converting sales funnels to drive business growth.
- Configure and manage Meta Business Manager, Facebook Pixel, Ad Accounts, and other essential marketing tools.
- Conduct market research and keyword research, monitor campaign performance, and prepare regular performance reports with actionable insights.
2. Content & Creative Development
- Write compelling ad copies and engaging marketing content for various digital campaigns.
- Recommend suitable creative assets, including videos, images, and other visual content, to improve campaign performance.
- Possess basic graphic design skills and have experience in online reputation management.
3. Website Development & SEO (WordPress)
- Design, develop, and manage complete WordPress websites and create high-converting landing pages.
- Have a strong understanding of Search Engine Optimization (SEO) principles and best practices to improve website visibility and organic traffic.
