Responsibilities & Context:
• Manage Facebook, Instagram, YouTube, Website, TikTok and other social platforms
• Respond promptly to customer messages, comments, phone call and inquiries
• Receive and make customer-service and sales calls
• Provide product information and confirm online orders
• Handle customer complaints professionally
• Plan engaging content, captions and promotional campaigns
• Coordinate with the sales, design and content teams
• Maintain customer records and prepare performance reports
