Responsibilities & Context:
Design & Product Development
- Develop original designs that reflect Anzaar’s modest, premium brand identity.
- Research fashion trends, colours, fabrics, silhouettes, and embellishments.
- Prepare sketches, technical specifications, fabric selections, and design details.
- Coordinate with pattern makers, sample makers, and production teams to achieve the desired fit, comfort, finish, and quality.
- Review samples and refine designs before production.
Sales Analysis & Customer Feedback
- Review sales performance to identify bestselling designs and areas for improvement.
- Collect and analyse customer feedback on fit, fabric, colour, comfort, pricing, and style.
- Work with sales, customer care, and marketing teams to understand customer preferences.
- Use these insights to improve existing products and plan future collections.
