Responsibilities & Context:

• Plan and coordinate Royal Enfield customer rides, group rides and riding events.
• Prepare ride routes, schedules, meeting points, checkpoints and pre-ride logistics.
• Communicate with customers regarding ride details, registration, timing, route and participation requirements.
• Manage ride registration, participant lists, attendance and basic ride documentation.
• Conduct pre-ride briefings covering route, riding discipline, safety instructions and emergency protocols.
• Coordinate customers during group rides and ensure smooth movement of the riding group.
• Provide basic navigation and route support during rides and coordinate with support personnel when required.
• Support Royal Enfield dealership events, launches, customer engagement activities and community initiatives.
• Coordinate ride-related photography, videography and social media content with the Brand & Marketing team.
• Collect customer feedback and conduct post-ride follow-ups to improve future ride experiences.
• Maintain accurate ride records, participant databases, activity reports and post-event documentation.
• Coordinate with dealerships, vendors, internal teams and riding community members for smooth execution.
• Ensure compliance with Royal Enfield riding guidelines, event protocols and applicable safety requirements.
• Be available to work on weekends and public holidays when required for rides and events.
• Willingness and ability to travel extensively across Bangladesh for Royal Enfield rides, riding events, dealership activities, launches, customer engagement programs and other brand initiatives.
• Maintain detailed rideout trackers and ensure that a defined percentage of participants at every rideout are new customers.
