Responsibilities & Context:
- কোম্পানির পোশাক ও অথেন্টিক কসমেটিকস পণ্য অনলাইনে প্রমোট করা।
- বিভিন্ন সোশ্যাল মিডিয়া পেজের জন্য আকর্ষণীয় Product Promotional Video ও Brand Content তৈরি করা।
- প্রোডাক্টের ফিচার, ব্যবহার ও সুবিধা সুন্দরভাবে উপস্থাপন করা।
- প্রয়োজন অনুযায়ী Live Video, Product Presentation ও Promotional Shoot-এ অংশগ্রহণ করা।
- সোশ্যাল মিডিয়ায় Brand Awareness ও Customer Engagement বৃদ্ধিতে কাজ করা।
- Marketing Team-এর সঙ্গে সমন্বয় করে বিভিন্ন Promotional Campaign পরিচালনা করা।

1. Sales Commission
Brand Promoter-এর নিজস্ব ভিডিও, Live, Social Media বা অন্যান্য Organic মাধ্যমে Marketing Budget ছাড়াই Sales Generate হলে, কোম্পানির নীতিমালা অনুযায়ী প্রতিটি সফল Sale-এর জন্য কমিশন প্রদান করা হবে।
2. Organic Sales Champion
কোম্পানির Paid Marketing Budget ছাড়াই সর্বোচ্চ Sales Generateকারী Brand Promoter-কে মাসিক/ত্রৈমাসিক ভিত্তিতে বিশেষ Incentive প্রদান করা হবে।
3. Live Selling Incentive
Brand Promoter-এর পরিচালিত Live Session থেকে Sales Generate হলে কোম্পানির নীতিমালা অনুযায়ী অতিরিক্ত Incentive/Commission প্রদান করা হবে।
4. Quarterly Performance Bonus
প্রতি ৩ মাসে Sales Performance, Content Performance, Customer Engagement ও Overall Performance-এর ভিত্তিতে যোগ্য কর্মীকে বিশেষ Performance Bonus প্রদান করা হবে।
5. Career Growth Opportunity
দক্ষতা, Sales Performance ও Overall Performance-এর ভিত্তিতে পদোন্নতি ও দায়িত্ব বৃদ্ধির সুযোগ থাকবে।
