Job Responsibilities:

• Communicate with clients and understand their event requirements.

• Prepare quotations, proposals, and event presentations.

• Coordinate with vendors, venues, and internal teams.

• Plan and manage event logistics from start to finish.

• Supervise event setup, execution, and dismantling.

• Ensure smooth operation of décor, lighting, sound, LED, truss, and other event elements.

• Maintain event timelines and quality standards.

• Resolve on-site operational issues professionally.

• Prepare post-event reports and collect client feedback.
