Brand & Content Manager

Company: NeoSmile & RENUE
Location: Gulshan, Dhaka
Employment: Full-time

We are looking for a creative, highly organized Brand & Content Manager to manage and grow the brand presence of NeoSmile and RENUE. The ideal candidate understands social media, content trends, influencer marketing and content production, and has an existing network of creators, influencers, agencies and production resources in Bangladesh.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop monthly content plans, topics and campaign ideas for both brands.

• Maintain brand messaging, visual consistency and tone across channels.

• Identify, contact and coordinate with influencers, UGC creators and brand partners.

• Plan and coordinate photo/video shoots, including concepts, talent, briefs, schedules and deliverables.

• Work with doctors, creators, designers, videographers and marketing agencies to produce content.

• Build and maintain relationships with relevant influencers, creators and agencies.

• Coordinate with the digital marketing team to develop content for organic and paid campaigns.

• Track content performance and use insights to improve future content.

• Maintain an organized content calendar and asset library.

Requirements

• 2+ years of experience in brand management, content marketing, social media or influencer marketing.

• Strong understanding of Instagram, Facebook, TikTok and current content trends.

• Existing network of influencers, creators and/or agencies is strongly preferred.

• Strong communication, negotiation and project-management skills.

• Comfortable managing multiple shoots, creators and campaigns simultaneously.

• Experience with healthcare, beauty, wellness or lifestyle brands is a plus.
