Key Responsibilities
Front Desk & Clinic Operations
Welcome and assist patients professionally
Manage appointment scheduling and confirmations
Handle walk-ins and patient inquiries
Maintain a clean and organized reception area
Coordinate with doctors and internal team members
Maintain patient records and CRM updates
Respond to Facebook, Instagram, WhatsApp, and phone inquiries
Explain NeoSmile services clearly and confidently
Follow up with leads and existing patients
Handle customer concerns professionally
Ensure fast response times and smooth communication
