* Facebook Page, Messenger & WhatsApp-এ customer-এর সাথে যোগাযোগ করা
* Customer-এর প্রশ্নের দ্রুত ও সুন্দরভাবে উত্তর দেওয়া
* Order নেওয়া ও order details confirm করা
* Customer follow-up করা
* Customer-এর সমস্যা সুন্দরভাবে handle করা
* Daily customer/order updates maintain করা
