Job Overview

We are looking for a highly motivated, confident and result-oriented Marketing Executive to join our Marketing & Business Development team in Dhaka.

The incumbent will be responsible for developing new business opportunities, acquiring corporate clients, promoting billboard and outdoor advertising solutions, managing client relationships and achieving assigned sales targets.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop and execute marketing and business development activities for billboard and outdoor advertising services.

• Identify and generate leads from corporate organizations, brands, advertising agencies, SMEs and potential business clients.

• Make regular client visits, conduct business meetings and present company services professionally.

• Promote billboard, outdoor advertising, branding and other advertising solutions.

• Prepare and submit quotations, proposals and commercial offers based on client requirements.

• Maintain regular follow-up with prospective clients and convert leads into confirmed business.

• Build and maintain strong professional relationships with existing and prospective clients.

• Coordinate with internal teams to ensure smooth execution of confirmed advertising campaigns.

• Maintain accurate records of leads, client communications, meetings, quotations and sales activities.

• Monitor market trends, competitor activities and new business opportunities.

• Explore new corporate accounts and strategic partnerships to expand the company's client base.

• Prepare regular sales and marketing activity reports for management.

• Achieve monthly, quarterly and annual sales/revenue targets.

Educational Qualification

• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business Administration, Management, Communications or any relevant discipline.

• Candidates with relevant professional experience will be preferred.

Experience

• 1–3 years of experience in Marketing, Sales, Business Development, Advertising, Media or Outdoor Advertising.

• Experience in Billboard/Outdoor Advertising, Media Sales or Corporate Sales will be an added advantage.

Required Competencies

• Excellent communication, presentation and negotiation skills.

• Strong client relationship management capability.

• Good understanding of sales and business development processes.

• Ability to generate leads and convert prospects into customers.

• Target-oriented and commercially focused mindset.

• Strong follow-up and persuasion skills.

• Good command of Bangla and English.

• Proficiency in MS Office, Google Workspace and basic reporting tools.

• Ability to work independently as well as part of a team.

• Willingness to travel for client meetings and field activities.
