Job Context

Admiki is looking for a creative, skilled, and detail-oriented Graphic Designer to join our team. The ideal candidate should have a strong sense of visual design and the ability to create engaging and high-quality graphics for social media, digital advertising campaigns, branding, and other business needs.

We are looking for someone who can understand marketing objectives and transform ideas into visually compelling designs that attract attention and drive engagement.

Job Responsibilities

- Design creative and engaging graphics for Facebook, Instagram, and other digital platforms.

- Create social media posts, Meta/Facebook ad creatives, banners, promotional materials, and marketing visuals.

- Develop visually appealing creatives based on different marketing and advertising campaign objectives.

- Work closely with the marketing team to understand design briefs and develop creative concepts.

- Maintain brand consistency across all visual content.

- Create designs for business and promotional purposes when required.

- Stay updated with the latest graphic design trends, social media creative styles, and digital advertising trends.

- Manage multiple design projects simultaneously while maintaining quality and meeting deadlines.

- Revise and improve designs based on feedback from the team.

Educational Requirements

- Bachelor’s degree in Graphic Design, Fine Arts, Multimedia, CSE, or a related field is preferred.

- Educational qualification may be relaxed for candidates with strong design skills and an excellent portfolio.

Experience Requirements

- 1–2 years of relevant experience preferred.

- Freshers with a strong and professional portfolio are also encouraged to apply.

- Previous experience in a digital marketing agency or advertising environment will be an advantage.

Required Skills

- Strong proficiency in Adobe Photoshop and Adobe Illustrator.

- Strong understanding of typography, color theory, composition, layout, and visual hierarchy.

- Good understanding of social media design and digital advertising creatives.

- Ability to understand design briefs and transform ideas into compelling visuals.

- Creative mindset with strong attention to detail.

- Ability to manage multiple tasks and meet deadlines.

- Good communication and teamwork skills.

Preferred Skills

Candidates with the following skills will receive preference:

- Experience designing Meta/Facebook advertising creatives.

- Experience creating high-converting social media ad designs.

- Basic knowledge of motion graphics.

- Knowledge of Adobe After Effects or similar tools is a plus.

- Good understanding of branding and digital marketing concepts.

- Experience working with digital marketing campaigns.

- A strong portfolio demonstrating creativity and design quality.
