• Experience in real estate, construction, architecture, printing, advertising, or corporate organizations will be preferred.

• Strong practical experience in print and promotional material design is highly desirable.

Credence Housing Limited is looking for an experienced, creative, and detail-oriented Graphic Designer to join the Planning & Design Department. The ideal candidate should have strong practical experience in designing real estate, corporate, branding, promotional, and print materials and be capable of independently handling design assignments from concept development to final print-ready artwork.

Key Responsibilities

• Design high-quality ID cards, visiting cards, brochures, company profiles, calendars, flyers, leaflets, banners, posters, signboards, and office stationery.

• Develop creative designs for real estate project brochures, promotional materials, campaign materials, and marketing communications.

• Create professional social media graphics and digital promotional materials when required.

• Design and maintain logos, branding elements, and corporate visual materials.

• Convert management concepts and requirements into professional and visually effective designs.

• Prepare print-ready artwork according to printing and production requirements.

• Ensure correct dimensions, layout, typography, color, image quality, bleed, crop marks, and file specifications before final production.

• Coordinate with relevant departments, printing vendors, and other stakeholders to ensure accurate and timely execution of design materials.

• Review proofs and final outputs to identify and correct design or production-related issues.

• Manage multiple design assignments simultaneously while meeting deadlines.

• Maintain organized design files, templates, source files, and brand assets.

• Perform other graphic design-related responsibilities assigned by management.
