Experience:
Candidates with academic backgrounds in Media & Communication, Marketing, Business Administration, Film & Television, Public Relations or related fields will be preferred.
Educational requirements may be relaxed for candidates with exceptional industry experience, strong professional networks and a proven track record.
Experience in Talent Management, Artist Management, Entertainment PR, Casting, Film/Television Production, Media Relations, Advertising Agency, Brand Partnership or related entertainment industry roles will be preferred.
Strong existing professional network within the Bangladesh entertainment and media industry is highly desirable.
Must have the ability to establish and maintain relationships with directors, producers, production houses, casting professionals, agencies, brands and media organizations.
Strong understanding of the Bangladesh film, television, OTT, digital content and advertising ecosystem.
Must be proactive and capable of generating opportunities, rather than waiting for incoming offers.
Excellent communication, presentation, pitching, networking and negotiation skills.
Strong understanding of artist positioning, public image and long-term career development.
Ability to assess the quality and career relevance of scripts, roles, productions, campaigns and commercial opportunities.
Must be comfortable attending industry meetings, networking events, shoots, auditions and media engagements when required.
Strong follow-up and relationship-management capabilities.
Ability to handle confidential information with discretion and professionalism.
Must be organized, accountable, target-driven and capable of managing multiple artists and opportunities simultaneously.
No favoritism or preferential treatment; every assigned artist must receive professional and strategic attention based on their individual career requirements.
Candidates with only administrative coordination experience but without industry networking, opportunity sourcing or artist development capabilities may not be suitable for this position.
Marketers 360 Degree is looking for a highly connected, strategic, and result-oriented Talent Manager - Artist Development & Industry Relations to manage and develop a selected portfolio of emerging screen talents.
This is not a conventional PR, coordination, or administrative role. The position requires someone who can actively create professional opportunities, build meaningful industry relationships, strategically position artists, and contribute to their long-term career development.
The selected candidate will work closely with directors, producers, production houses, casting professionals, television channels, OTT platforms, advertising agencies, brands, media organizations, and other entertainment industry stakeholders.
The primary objective of this role is simple: Develop Talent. Create Opportunities. Build Careers.
Develop and execute individual career development and positioning strategies for assigned artists.
Actively source quality opportunities across TV Fiction, Film, OTT, Web Series, TVC, OVC, Digital Content, Brand Campaigns, Endorsements and other relevant productions.
Build and maintain strong professional relationships with directors, producers, production houses, casting directors, television channels, OTT platforms and content creators.
Approach advertising agencies, brands and corporate organizations to explore commercial campaigns, endorsements, branded content and ambassador opportunities for artists.
Proactively arrange meetings, introductions, auditions, casting opportunities and professional networking opportunities.
Identify and secure strategic TV appearances, talk shows, podcasts, interviews, entertainment programmes, press features and relevant media opportunities.
Develop and maintain professional artist materials including profiles, portfolios, showreels, headshots, biographies and presentation decks.
Evaluate incoming offers based on project quality, role significance, production credibility, remuneration, brand relevance and long-term career value.
Coordinate professional negotiations, schedules, auditions, meetings and follow-ups in consultation with management.
Identify skill gaps and recommend appropriate acting workshops, grooming, voice training, camera performance, movement and other professional development initiatives.
Work with the digital and creative teams to strengthen artists' professional image, social media positioning and public presence.
Develop a distinct positioning strategy for each assigned artist based on individual strengths, personality, performance capability and market potential.
Maintain an updated database of directors, producers, casting professionals, agencies, brands, media contacts and potential collaborators.
Track all opportunities from initial contact through pitching, meeting, audition, negotiation, confirmation and execution.
Prepare weekly opportunity pipeline reports and monthly career development reports for management.
Ensure fairness, confidentiality and professionalism while representing all assigned artists.
Perform any other talent development and industry-relations responsibilities assigned by management.
