Video distribution operations
Manage the end-to-end delivery of films, documentaries, music videos and TV content to digital distribution and streaming platforms.
Prepare and check delivery packages against each platform's technical specification — video and audio masters, artwork and poster assets, trailers, subtitles and closed captions.
Research, write and quality-check title metadata: synopses, genres, keywords, cast and crew credits, language and territory data, release dates and content ratings.
Maintain rights and availability information — territories, windows, exclusivity, licensing restrictions and avails — accurately and consistently.
Take titles through platform quality control, respond to QC feedback, correct issues and resubmit. Getting a title right the first time is a core measure of success in this role.
Track every title through submission, approval, correction and go-live; keep status records current and visible to management.
Manage submissions and channel relationships across our distribution partners and platforms — including Filmhub, YouTube, and other streaming, FAST and VOD channels.
Prepare sales pitches, one-sheets and supporting documentation for titles being offered to platforms and channel partners.
Follow up with platforms and partners on pending submissions, rejections and queries.
Creative development
Develop original concepts, ideas and treatments for music videos, promos, trailers, channel idents and social content.
Write clear, producible scripts, shot outlines and storyboards from a brief or a song.
Turn artist and catalogue material into content ideas that suit each platform and format — long-form, Shorts, Reels and vertical video.
Contribute to title, thumbnail and packaging decisions that affect how content performs on platform.
AI-assisted video production
Use AI video generation tools to produce and support content — see the dedicated section below.
Build shot lists and prompts, generate and review output, select usable takes and flag failures.
Maintain character, style and continuity consistency across a project using reference images and approved assets.
Editing and finishing
Carry out light to moderate editing: assembling clips, trimming to music, basic colour and audio balancing, adding titles, subtitles and captions.
Prepare correct exports, formats, aspect ratios and transcodes for each destination platform.
Coordination and management support
Support management with day-to-day project coordination, scheduling and follow-up across multiple concurrent titles and projects.
Maintain clear documentation, trackers and records so any project's status can be understood without a meeting.
Communicate progress, blockers and deadlines proactively to the head office and internal teams.
Preferred
Experience with Higgsfield, which is our primary generation platform, or a comparable multi-model platform.
Experience with AI image generation for keyframes and reference art (Nano Banana Pro, GPT Image, Midjourney, Seedream or similar).
Experience maintaining character and environment consistency across a series using reference images and locked assets.
Experience with AI lip-sync, voice, upscaling, background removal or reframing tools.
Understanding of the rights and disclosure issues around AI-generated content: what can be safely distributed, and what platforms require to be labelled.
Comfort using AI assistants for writing and operational work: drafting synopses and metadata, summarising documents, translating, and preparing scripts and treatments — with the judgement to check and correct what comes back.
