• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science & Engineering or a related field.

• Proven professional experience as a WordPress Developer, with a strong portfolio of completed projects.

• Strong proficiency in HTML, CSS, JavaScript, PHP, and MySQL.Hands-on experience in custom WordPress theme and plugin development.

• Working knowledge of RESTful API development and integration.

• Familiarity with AI-assisted development tools (e.g., code generation, debugging, and optimization using AI platforms)

• Familiarity with MVC frameworks (e.g., Laravel) is considered an advantage.

• Solid understanding of website performance optimization techniques.

• Knowledge of SEO best practices and social media trends.

• Strong problem-solving skills with high attention to detail.

• Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English, with the ability to convey ideas clearly and effectively.

• This is an on-site position; applicants must be willing to work from our office in Jashore (not a remote role).

Responsibilities:

• Develop and maintain WordPress-based websites, ensuring high performance, responsiveness, and security.

• Write server-side web application logic using PHP, including integration with front-end components.

• Customize and extend existing WordPress themes and plugins to meet specific project requirements.

• Develop, test, and maintain robust and scalable server-side applications using PHP.

• Collaborate with designers to implement pixel-perfect and visually appealing designs.

• Design and implement database schemas, interact with MySQL databases, and optimize database queries.

• Troubleshoot and resolve issues related to website functionality, performance, and security.

• Write clean, secure, and well-documented code following best practices and coding standards.

• Stay up-to-date with the latest industry trends and technologies to ensure best practices are followed.

• Conduct thorough testing of websites and applications to ensure optimal functionality across different browsers and devices.

• Provide technical support and guidance to clients and team members.

• Utilize AI tools and technologies to enhance development workflows, including code generation, testing, performance optimization, and automation of repetitive tasks.
