POSITION SUMMARY:
The Head of Product owns Betopia Limited's product strategy, roadmap governance, and delivery quality, reporting directly to the CEO. This is a build-and-govern role: translating corporate growth goals into prioritized product portfolios, driving multidisciplinary engineering teams toward high-impact releases, and serving as the connective layer between executive leadership, clients, and technical teams. Scope clarity: The Head of Product owns product vision, backlog governance, release quality, and cross-functional delivery alignment. This is a product-leadership mandate, not an engineering-architecture or client-acquisition role.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:
Strategic Product Governance
Formulate and drive enterprise product roadmaps aligned with corporate growth strategies and global market requirements.
Establish quantifiable performance metrics to evaluate product adoption, revenue impact, usage, and operational efficiency.
Analyze market trends, competitive positioning, and customer requirements to sustain platform market advantage.
Requirements Management and Portfolio Ownership
Structure and prioritize product backlogs and feature release schedules aligned with engineering sprint plans and executive goals.
Translate corporate business objectives into detailed user stories, functional workflows, and high-level acceptance criteria.
Cross-Functional Execution and Delivery
Oversee agile development releases in collaboration with developers, QA engineers, and UX teams.
Ensure software releases comply with enterprise architectural benchmarks, quality guidelines, and release timelines.
Serve as the primary focal point of communication between executive board members, clients, and technical teams.
