Job Responsibilities

• Create professional 2D architectural drawings, floor plans, and interior layouts.

• Develop detailed space planning and interior design concepts based on project requirements.

• Prepare and coordinate electrical and plumbing (MEP) design drawings and layouts.

• Develop realistic 3D models, visualizations, and high-quality renders.

• Coordinate design elements to ensure accuracy, functionality, and visual consistency.

• Prepare detailed drawings and design documentation for project execution.

• Work closely with project teams to understand design requirements and deliver projects within deadlines.

• Make design revisions based on project requirements and feedback.

• Ensure proper coordination between architectural, interior, electrical, and plumbing designs.

• Maintain quality and accuracy throughout the design and visualization process.

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience in interior design, architectural design, or a related field is preferred.

• Strong practical knowledge of 2D drafting, space planning, 3D modelling, and rendering.

• Experience in preparing architectural, interior, electrical, and plumbing drawings will be an advantage.

• Strong understanding of interior design principles, materials, space planning, and design coordination.

• Candidates with a strong portfolio of interior design and visualization projects are highly encouraged to apply.

• Educational background in Interior Design, Architecture, or a related field is preferred.

• Good English communication and project management skills.
