Experience:

• Master of Science (MSc) in Computer Science, Software Engineering, IT, or a related discipline.

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, IT, EEE/ETE, or a related field.

• At least 7 years
• The applicants should have experience in the following business area(s): Banks, Telecommunication, Software Company, IT Enabled Service, Financial Technology (Fintech) Startup

• Age At least 30 years

• Minimum 7+ years of professional experience in full-stack development.

• Strong expertise in Angular 17, .NET Core, and Java.

• Strong knowledge of microservices and API development.

• Experience integrating systems using MuleSoft, WSO2, Apache Camel.

• Hands-on experience with SQL & NoSQL databases.

• Strong analytical, debugging, and documentation skills.

• Microsoft certifications (e.g., Azure, M365, Windows Server, Security), Red Hat Certified System Administrator (RHCSA), and VMware VCP (VMware Certified Professional) will be considered an advantage.

Role Summary: BURO Bangladesh is seeking an experienced Full-Stack Developer to lead the design, development, and implementation of scalable, secure software systems across the organization’s digital financial platforms.
Key Responsibilities

• Lead the planning, development and delivery of software development projects.

• Supervise and mentor a team of developers, ensuring adherence to coding standards and timelines.

• Conduct code reviews and enforce best practices in software engineering.

• Develop enterprise-grade applications using Angular 17, .NET Core, and Java.

• Build and integrate RESTful APIs and microservices.

• Develop and maintain system integrations using MuleSoft, WSO2, or Apache Camel.

• Ensure application security, scalability, and performance optimizations.

• Troubleshoot and debug both front-end and back-end components.

• Collaborate with UI/UX, QA, and DevOps teams for smooth product delivery.

• Maintain version control using Git/GitHub, follow organizational coding standards, and participate in testing, debugging, and performance reviews.

• Salary during probationary period: ৳75,000 – ৳1,00,000 (Based on experience and expertise). After successful completion of probation, salary and benefits will be as per BURO Bangladesh policy.
