Responsibilities & Context:

• Provide day-to-day technical and functional support for the company’s Odoo ERP system.

• Configure and maintain Odoo modules according to business and operational requirements.

• Troubleshoot Odoo-related issues and provide timely solutions to users.

• Assist users with Odoo Accounting, Sales, Purchase, Inventory, HR, CRM, and other relevant modules.

• Manage user access, roles, permissions, and system configurations.

• Identify system errors, workflow issues, and data inconsistencies and coordinate with Odoo developers when required.

• Assist in developing and implementing new Odoo features, workflows, reports, and customizations.

• Monitor Odoo system performance and ensure smooth day-to-day operation.

• Support accounting and finance teams in Odoo-related transactions, approvals, reconciliations, and reporting.

• Assist with data import, export, migration, backup, and data cleanup when required.

• Prepare and maintain Odoo-related documentation, user guides, and standard operating procedures.

• Provide training and guidance to employees on Odoo features and best practices.

• Coordinate with management and different departments to understand business requirements and translate them into Odoo solutions.

• Follow up with external Odoo developers/service providers for customization, bug fixing, upgrades, and technical issues.

• Ensure proper implementation and testing of Odoo updates and customizations.

• Maintain confidentiality and security of company data within the ERP system.
