Skills Required: Database Administrator (DBA),ERP Implementation,ORACLE EBS,Project Management

Additional Requirements:
  • Age At least 32 years
  • Only Male
  • 10+ years of experience in Oracle E-Business Suite (R12 or higher).

  • Proven expertise in Oracle Apps DBA activities (installation, cloning, patching, backup, performance tuning).

  • Strong techno-functional knowledge in at least two major modules (Finance, SCM, HRMS, Manufacturing).

  • Experience in ERP implementation projects, preferably as Project Manager or Lead Consultant.

  • Good understanding of PL/SQL, Forms, Reports, Workflow, and Oracle Apex.

  • Excellent problem-solving, communication, and stakeholder management skills.

  • Ability to lead cross-functional teams and manage multiple priorities.



Responsibilities & Context:
  • Act as the Techno-Functional Lead for Oracle EBS, providing both functional and technical support across Finance, SCM, HRMS, and Manufacturing modules.

  • Serve as the Oracle Apps DBA, ensuring database availability, patching, cloning, performance tuning, backup, and recovery.

  • Lead ERP implementation activities, including configuration, data migration, UAT coordination, and system go-live.

  • Manage end-to-end project delivery as Project Manager – planning, monitoring, reporting, and ensuring alignment with business requirements.

  • Work with business users to analyze requirements, design solutions, and implement system enhancements.

  • Ensure compliance with IT policies, data integrity, and security standards.

  • Coordinate with vendors and Oracle support for issue resolution.

  • Provide training and guidance to internal teams for knowledge transfer and capability building.
