As part of our continued growth, we are looking for a dynamic and experienced professional to oversee and strengthen our ERP and IT operations. The position will play a key role in ensuring system reliability, data security, and continuous improvement of business processes through technology.
Position: Assistant Manager/Deputy Manager
Key Responsibilities:
Ensure uninterrupted operation, monitoring, and optimization of the ERP system.
Lead ERP implementation, module development, customization, integration, and version upgrades.
Analyze business processes and recommend system improvements to enhance efficiency.
Coordinate with cross-functional departments to gather system requirements and provide technical solutions.
Manage ERP user roles, access control, and authorization matrix.
Ensure data accuracy, validation, and system compliance standards.
Develop and maintain system documentation, user manuals, and SOPs.
Conduct user training sessions and provide ongoing technical support.
Manage IT infrastructure, including servers, LAN/WAN, firewalls, routers, switches, and end-user devices.
Monitor system performance, backups, disaster recovery plans, and cybersecurity measures.
Ensure data backup policy implementation and periodic recovery testing.
Oversee database management, system integration, and API connectivity where required.
Supervise hardware and software procurement, installation, and maintenance.
Manage IT inventory and asset control.
Lead IT security initiatives, including antivirus management, endpoint protection, and vulnerability assessments.
Troubleshoot complex technical issues and ensure minimal downtime.
Coordinate with ERP vendors, consultants, and service providers for support and AMC management.
Prepare IT budgets, cost analyses, and periodic performance reports.
Ensure compliance with company policies and regulatory requirements.
Lead and mentor the IT team to ensure efficient service delivery.
