• Strong knowledge of IT Governance, GRC, ISMS and risk management

• Skilled in risk assessments, compliance reviews and internal audits

• Experience in preparing audit evidence, reports and CAPA tracking

• Strong documentation, policy writing and process improvement skills

• Excellent analytical, problem-solving and organizational abilities

• Sound understanding of access control, vulnerability and incident management

• Strong communication and stakeholder management skills

• Ability to manage multiple priorities with attention to detail and deadlines

Job Context
Tekvision is looking for an Assistant Manager / Deputy Manager – Governance & Cybersecurity to support the implementation, operation and continuous improvement of the company's IT governance, information security and cybersecurity controls. Designation (Assistant Manager or Deputy Manager) will be determined based on the candidate's assessed experience and interview performance. The role focuses on day-to-day execution of governance processes, compliance activities, risk management and security operations while ensuring adherence to internal policies, regulatory requirements and industry standards. This position plays a hands-on role in strengthening Tekvision's security posture, audit readiness and governance maturity across IT, manufacturing-support and client-facing environments, and includes ownership of designated governance, audit and compliance projects and initiatives.

Job Responsibilities

• Implement, enforce, develop and review IT and Information Security Governance frameworks, policies, standards and procedures

• Maintain governance, risk and compliance registers and control documentation

• Conduct periodic governance reviews and compliance monitoring

• Support implementation and improvement of ISO 27001, ISO 9001, CMMI and related frameworks

• Coordinate internal, external, certification and client audits

• Maintain audit evidence, documentation and compliance records

• Track audit observations, CAPAs and closure timelines

• Support ISMS and information security governance initiatives

• Monitor access, asset, change management and data protection controls

• Support security awareness programs and employee training

• Document security incidents, root cause analysis and lessons learned

• Track vulnerability remediation and security compliance activities

• Provide governance oversight of cybersecurity controls across systems

• Collaborate with Infrastructure, Engineering and Service Management teams

• Maintain policies, SOPs, standards, controlled documents, governance knowledge base and manuals

• Support process standardization and governance maturity initiatives

• Handle designated tasks or projects within the governance/compliance scope

• Collaborate with cross-functional teams on governance, audit and compliance initiatives
